Do you provide delivery, setup, and teardown?

Yes. Every event includes delivery, professional setup, soundcheck, and full teardown. We handle the technical logistics so you can focus on your event.

Is a technician included with the system?

For most events, yes. A trained audio technician is on-site to manage levels, monitor microphones, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Larger events always include dedicated technical support.

Do you travel outside Sarasota?

Absolutely. We serve all of Florida as well as have supported traveling shows, we do have to consider travel and accomidations on our quotes if the event is outside of the Ft. Meyers, Tampa, Orlando area.

How far in advance should we book?

Peak wedding and event seasons (spring and fall) book quickly. We recommend reserving your date as soon as your venue is secured to ensure availability.

What happens if there is a last-minute change?

Live events evolve. With over 25 years of production experience, we’re accustomed to adapting quickly and professionally to schedule shifts, program changes, or unexpected needs. A small non refundable deposit is paid to hold your date, but the remainder is not due until 3 day prior to the event.

What equipment do you use?

We use professional-grade, commercial audio systems designed for reliability and clarity. Our systems are engineered specifically for your venue size, audience coverage, and program requirements.  If you know audio gear and wanna get speicfic or if you are looking to sub rent, please contact us directly.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured and can provide documentation for venues or corporate requirements upon request.

Can you recommend DJs, musicians, or wedding hosts?

Yes. Through decades in the live entertainment industry, we’ve built relationships with some of Florida’s most talented DJs, musicians, and event hosts. We’re happy to make trusted recommendations.

Do you provide sound for outdoor events?

Yes. We regularly support outdoor weddings, concerts, and community events. We plan coverage, power requirements, and weather considerations carefully to ensure reliable performance.

What size events do you handle?

We provide audio support for intimate private gatherings, corporate meetings, weddings, community concerts, and multi-day festivals. Systems are scaled appropriately to fit your event.

How do we get a quote?

Simply contact us through our website with your event date, venue, and estimated guest count. We’ll evaluate your needs and provide a customized quote promptly.
